We don't usually sell tours without tickets; however in exceptional cases we can do this (typically for people who already have paddock passes through a team or some other means). These cannot be booked online, please contact us.
Other useful notes on tours:
- All tours are 3 nights (minimum) from Friday. Extra nights are available on either end of your stay.
- Prices are per person, based on 2 people sharing. If you are on your own you may pay a single supplement, or request being paired with another traveller of the same sex in a 2 bedded room.
- For some events we can offer triple rooms which are useful to save money (saving a single supplement) and families. Please enquire.
- Family special: If you are 2 people bringing a child under 12, the child pays only 25% of the package price; provided we can accommodate in a rollaway bed in the hotel room
- We will have on-site guides available from Thursday evening. If you are in town on Thursday, please join our guide(s) for Happy Hour drink at the hotel bar (19:00 - 20:00)
- We deliver all tickets and other materials to the hotel. These will be available at the Thursday happy hour, and thereafter at the hotel reception.
- If you have any special needs or requests, please contact us well before the event in order that we can make suitable arrangements.
- Pets are never permitted (not compatible with motorcycle racing!)
Booking and Payment
For package bookings, if you are more than 3 months prior to the event, we accept a deposit of 50% with the balance payable 90 days from the event. For bookings inside this 90 day window, you pay the full amount at booking.
If you place a booking with us and it it more than one month before the event, we usually can give you a 5 day grace period in order to arrange your flights and other details (or to convince more friends to come along!). We reserve the right to demand full payment at time of booking - typically where we are nearly sold out.
We can quote and accept payments in: GBP, EUR, USD, CZK. We can also quote in AUS or CDN, but you will be paying us in EUR, taking your chances on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payments. When we quote another currency we always use the prevailing interbank rate (as of the previous day)
You can pay via bank transfer, PayPal, or any credit/debit card with a Mastercard or Visa symbol. We add a surcharge to PayPal or Card transactions (currently 3% on PayPal and 1.5% on cards, however this is subject to change without notice)
All European product prices are inclusive of VAT. Since we operate under the European Tour Operator's margin scheme (TOMS) we do not report VAT thus generally it is not reclaimable.
We are a fully approved and bonded tour operator under European law, enforced in the Czech Republic. A copy of our proof of insurance (with German insurer ETICS ITP sro) is available here.
